Do you have a Canva for Educators account? If not, it’s free and easy to use! Moreover, this resource is EASY and QUICK to change the names on the covers in MINUTES using the BULK CREATE tool. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- First, access the template link in Canva by clicking on the design you wish to edit — each image is linked to its respective template in Canva.
- Next, use the Bulk Create tool to add names. Additionally, here is a helpful video on how to use the tool.
- Then, make adjustments: you will need to look at each cover before printing. For example, it may be necessary to adjust the textbox so that the name fits properly and looks nice. In some cases, you may also need to reduce the font size of longer names.
- After that, download your images from Canva as a PDF.
- Finally, print your customized covers and enjoy your completed project!
